Is it strange when you can’t even recall how you first “met” someone? Amanda Burdge from AB Home Interiors and I definitely met through the blog world … but, for the life of me, I can’t remember how we were “introduced!” Regardless, I am thrilled that she and I became friends – both through our blogs and in real life. We’ve had loads of fun, whether working on the “Designer Challenge” she initiated, power-walking through High Point, or comparing notes over the phone. When I first decided to do this little series, I knew I wanted to see Amanda’s picks. As a store owner and an interior designer, she has extra incentive to find the latest and greatest! So let’s see what Amanda chose …

Soooo interesting! As someone who always chooses the plushest towels she can find, I am fascinated by the idea of using a hammam towel. I must admit, though, my favorite part of this series is easily the artist – and I am crazy for Joshua Petker’s Two Women Passing in Blue. Oh, and I am totally in love with Allie Munroe’s faux skin box sets.
Amanda, thank you so much for participating … and you know we’ll chat soon!
