A crisp, tailored shirt is practically my workweek uniform. Always chic and always classic, this wardrobe must-have is a staple that effortlessly takes us from client meetings to construction sites. Of course, I love some unexpected details! Those details are what separates a modern iteration on shirting from an otherwise tried-and-true (and peut-être un peu boring) basic button-down.
My newest favorite is J.Crew’s Funnelneck Shirt — and hello, did I feel as though I had scored big when an associate in a very posh Dallas store asked who made it and said she thought I was going to tell her “it was by someone major.”
Can you say “I see a few more white blouses in my future …” ?!?!?!
