everybody’s favorite everything – camila pavone

Who doesn’t know Camila Pavone from Effortless Style (formerly High-Heeled Foot in the Door)?  She may just be the social butterfly of the blog world!  Without her hard work on the Nate Show after-party that she co-hosted with the Nest, there wouldn’t have been an event … and all of the designers and bloggers in attendance would not have had nearly the fun we did that day.  I’ve so enjoyed getting to know Camila both virtually and in real life.  Didn’t Camila totally raise the bar with her blog design?  I was thrilled to be featured a while ago on her super-fun In Her Shoes series.  Just today, she, Marianne and I spent hours walking around High Point.  My feet are tired, but it is really my favorite time of the year (well, twice a year)!  So let’s turn it over to Camila to share her favorites … although she may have a few new ones after today’s adventures!

Flower: Hydrangea arrangement from The Floral Studio
Sofa Shape: English Roll Arm (Company C sofa featured above)
Stationery: Ashley Brooke Designs
Lamp:  Robert Abbey Delta Table Lamp
Everyday Dishes: Sag Harbor by Kate Spade
Coffee Table Book: “To Your Taste” by Celerie Kemble
All-Purpose Glass: Kate Spade his/hers glass tumblers (This could be an easy diy project with plain white glass and etching cream!)
Soap: Martha Stewart
Towel : Land’s End organic towels
Chair: Pier 1 Liliana Floral chair
Scented Candle or Room Fragrance: Ana Candles. (Scented candles and perfumes give me a headache, so I went with my favorite candle that is not scented.)
Cleaning Supply: Martha Stewart Clean
Pen: Sharpie Pen
Artist: my husband Jon is about to open his own etsy shop!
Picture Frame: Jonathan Adler Enamel Curve frame

What fun choices!  I love how they all reflect Camila’s fresh, colorful aesthetic.   And how fortunate is she to have Jon as a built-in artist and all-around fabulous do-it-yourself handyman?  Lucky girl!

Camila, thank you sooo much for participating!  I can’t wait to see you soon at Blogfest 2011.

Oh, I love that abstract painting. I'm assuming that is one of her husbands. Does he have his work anywhere online yet?
