anatomy of a great mudroom

Charlotte Urban Home has “demystified the elusive ‘organized drop zone,'” and I couldn’t be more delighted that they chose Traci Zeller Designs to do it!

Even if you don’t have a separate mudroom, you can create an attractive, functional area in an existing room — wherever you enter your home — to serve as a drop zone … and you’ll wonder why you didn’t do it sooner.  It’s so easy that I made it the subject of a five minute fix!

You can find the February/March 2013 issue of Charlotte Urban Home on the stands now … or read it online if that is easier.  Thanks for the great article, Charlotte Urban Home!

I always dreamed of a neat and organized mudroom when my kids were little and somehow never achieved it. Now they're older and it's nice and clean! xo Sharon

On my wish list for our next house is a mudroom/drop zone area - congrats on the feature!
