“word to the wise” wednesday: betsy burnham

For me, color-plus-color-plus-color isn’t as good an equation as color-plus-color-plus-neutral.  Adding a neutral keeps colors from looking childish and amateurish, and colors look richer when they’re paired with neutrals.

    Ah yes, sing it Betsy. I was eyeing up a black and white striped flatweave rug today at Target and I didn't get it. I think I might go back for it.
